We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Building Sales Representative (Preferably Female)

• Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with a minimum of 100 residential units in the assigned building.
  • Promote Luxab's services to residents and effectively communicate their value.
  • Take orders for goods and services, ensuring accurate information and forwarding them to the central office for processing.
  • Ensure orders are delivered completely and in good condition, handling any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Settle payments for delivered goods and services, maintaining accurate records.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating issues as needed.
  • Take responsibility for any damages to goods during delivery.
• Work Hours:
  • Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Salary & Benefits:
  • Shift 1: AED 3,000 + AED 500 housing allowance + AED 350 transportation allowance (free Nol card) + 1% commission on net sales + bonuses + UAE medical insurance.
  • Shift 2: AED 3,000 + AED 500 housing allowance + AED 175 transportation allowance + taxi fare for return trips + 1% commission on net sales + bonuses + UAE medical insurance.

2. Van Driver (Male/Female)

• Responsibilities:
  • Collect goods from designated locations and ensure they are delivered safely to building representatives.
  • Assist building representatives with order fulfillment as needed.
  • Take responsibility for any damages that occur during transport.
• Work Hours:
  • Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Salary & Benefits:
  • Shift 1: AED 2,100 + AED 500 housing allowance + AED 350 transportation allowance (free Nol card) + 0.5% commission on net monthly sales + bonuses + UAE medical insurance.
  • Shift 2: AED 2,100 + AED 500 housing allowance + AED 175 transportation allowance + taxi fare for return trips + 0.5% commission on net monthly sales + bonuses + UAE medical insurance.

3. Sales Supervisor (Male/Female)

• Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts with residential and commercial building managers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Recruit and train building representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and supervise a team of representatives (minimum 20 buildings under supervision), providing guidance and support.
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Salary & Benefits: AED 4,000 + AED 500 housing allowance + AED 350 transportation allowance (free Nol card) + 0.1% commission on net monthly sales from supervised representatives + bonuses + UAE medical insurance.

4. Financial Officer

• Responsibilities:
  • Accurately record purchase invoices in the accounting system.
  • Handle sales invoices and process payments efficiently.
  • Manage payroll, commissions, and any employee penalties.
  • Follow up on company receivables and ensure timely collection.
• Work Hours:
  • Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Salary & Benefits:
  • Shift 1: AED 2,100 + AED 500 housing allowance + AED 350 transportation allowance (free Nol card) + bonuses + UAE medical insurance.
  • Shift 2: AED 2,100 + AED 500 housing allowance + AED 175 transportation allowance + taxi fare for return trips + bonuses + UAE medical insurance.

5. Administrative Officer

• Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in fast typing and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Coordinate with employees to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and seek resolutions effectively.
  • Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
• Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Salary & Benefits: AED 2,100 + AED 500 housing allowance + AED 350 transportation allowance (free Nol card) + bonuses + UAE medical insurance.

6. Car Wash Worker

• Responsibilities:
  • Clean and detail vehicles thoroughly, both inside and out, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Salary & Benefits: AED 2,000 + AED 500 housing allowance + AED 350 transportation allowance (free Nol card) + bonuses + UAE medical insurance.

General Employment Conditions:

• Relevant work experience is mandatory for all positions.
• Work visas will be provided for all employees.
• Employees must be fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• All employees must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at work.
• Comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires.
• Married employees receive an additional AED 100 for their spouse and AED 100 per child.
• The first week of employment is probationary. Formal contracts will be issued after successful completion of the probation period.
